[Chrome][M71][Android 8.0] Chrome crashes due to null pointer dereference

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Chrome crashes when surfing with Chrome 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chrome crashes due to null pointer dereference

Crashed report ID: f75de821b0b1f002, f410f2cf165c0ddc

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8.0

@seiyon.park -- Thanks for reporting this issue. As Crash server didn't provide any data with the provided "Crash report ID", could you please provide the detailed steps to reproduce this issue. You can also verify by updating your Chrome to latest stable version #62.0.3202.84 and let us know if the issue is still reproduced. If the Crash is still observed, kindly provide the latest "Crash report ID", this would help us in further triaging the issue.

Sorry I can't provide reproducible steps because it happened when I was surfing internet via Chrome.
Fortunately I can provide a log for your investigation.

If the Crash is observed please provide Crash ID from chrome://crashes.
