Regression:Misplacement of permission bubble is seen while window is in overview mode

Chrome Version:64.0.3261.0/10106.0.0 dev channel Candy,Reks,Daisy
OS:chrome OS 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->Launch chrome,Open any URL that asks for permission bubble [for ex: bookmyshow]
(2)While page is loading, keep the window in overview mode and Observe(kindly refer video)

Actual:Misplaced permission bubble is seen
Expected:No misplaced permission bubble is seen(when permission bubble comes, suddenly the window gets pop out from Overview mode)

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-59

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS

Can't repro it anymore. I think it has been fixed.
