Search icon does not disappear after closing tab.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3261.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open two or more tabs.
2. Press Ctrl+F, then "find in page" box is appeared. Also the search icon is shown on the omnibox.
3. Press Ctrl+W to close the tab.

What is the expected behavior?
The box and icon should be hide.

What went wrong?
The "find in page" box has been hide, but the search icon still remains.

Did this work before? Yes Version 63.0.3239.30 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Windows 10 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version-64.0.3261.0 & latest canary-64.0.3262.0 as per the above steps & screencast.

Manual bisect info:

You are probably looking for a change made after 513110 (known good), but no later than 513111 (first known bad).

As it is recent regression issue broken in m64, marking it as Release block stable. Please remove if it is not the case.

Tested this issue on Windows 7, 10 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest canary-64.0.3274.0 as per C#0. Now we are unable to reproduce the issue.Tested with English & arabic language & unable to reproduce the issue.

Could you please check the issue on latest chrome canary version & let us know your observations on the same.

I've just confirmed on Canary (64.0.3273.0 and 64.0.3273.3).
Unable to reproduce the issue. The latest version looks fine :)
