  1. Launch Google Chrome in landscape mode.
  2. Tap on Menu->New tab page 


Observed results:
Notice that when a new tab is opened “Bookmarks” and "Recent Tabs” bottom toolbar is janky .It moves.


Expected results:
New Tab animation should be smooth.
