PreviewsInfoBar does not work on Mac

The NoScriptPreviewsEnabled browsertest in chrome/browser/previews/previews_browsertest.cc crashed on Mac platform apparently because PreviewsInfoBarDelegate does not override ConfirmInfoBarDelegate::GetLinkURL() used in addAdditionalControls() of MacOS (Cocoa) ConfirmInfoBarController.

This is not a critical bug since Previews are not yet supported on Mac. But it does mean we have a platform exception for running the integration test.
