Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: Version 62.0.3202.75 Check out the testtables.html file attached. Print preview and scroll to the second page. You will see the borders extend to the second page, but print in the header area. This happens even if a background is set on the thead elements. also, in v60.0.3112.101, there was a bug that had the text printing behind the header as well, but that's been fixed. What is the expected behavior? Borders should not appear in the thead area. The borders do not appear in firefox. Did not test IE/Edge. What went wrong? Borders are appearing in the header area. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

The Print Preview UI does not perform page layout. This also occurs if you run in Print Browser mode if you make the browser window tall enough (I had to rotate the monitor screen) - you can see the headers repeat inside the borders just after the number 13. Adding Blink>Layout component.
