What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and go to 'Audits' section.
2. Run the audit by clicking on 'Perform an audit' and 'Run audit' buttons.
3. Once audit will be in progress, click on 'Cancel' button (Audit dialog will appear).
4. Now press 'Esc' key from keyboard and observe the audit dialog.

Nothing happens on pressing 'Esc' key from keyboard.
'Audit to Perform' overlay should get closed on pressing 'Esc' key from keyboard.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-60 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 60.0.3104.0
Bad build: 60.0.3105.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 473277 (known good), but no later than 473278 (first known bad).
