Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome browser and chrome remote desktop 2. Connect with the remote PC on remote desktop 3. Minimize chrome browser 4. Remote desktop goes blank What is the expected behavior? Remote desktop should continue to show the activity of my remote PC. What went wrong? Remote desktop goes completely blank. (screen area goes white with border of the remote screen still visible). I need to disconnect and then reconnect to get the screen back working. Did this work before? Yes 61 Chrome version: 62.0.3202.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Same issue happens even if the browser is open on the extended desktop and remote desktop app is running on primary desktop. No such unexpected behaviour happens if chrome browser window is resized.

I am using windows 10 single language, v1703. Please try to reproduce on Win 10 device. I tried from two different devices. Same problem happened on both. Let me try with disabling extensions and get back with results.

update 2: I have another profile active. If I log into another profile with which current remote desktop profile is not attached, and follow step 3 and 4 (edited steps in comment4)- Issue does not occur. Similarly, for other active program- e.g. MS Word, Minesweeper, Acrobat Reader DC etc. - no issues with applying the above steps. Its only when logged into same profile on chrome, do some activity, and then minimize- that the issue occurs.

Did you try using a different profile directory as suggested in comment#1? It sounds like a Chrome bug, and those can often be tied to profile corruption. If you are signed in to Chrome, you can probably delete your profile directory without losing anything--it will be restored when you sign back in. If not, you might prefer to move your profile directory rather than deleting it so that you can restore it in case it doesn't solve your problem. In either case, you can find your profile directory by visiting chrome://version and delete/rename it using Windows Explorer after you quit Chrome.

Hello.. Could not get enough time to experiment.. But it looks like issue has resolved. At the moment, any such actions does not cause a blank screen on RD. Thanks.
