Regression: Underline is not seen proper for 'play' thumbnail

Chrome Version: 64.0.3261.0 aac97fe5f3cb5890bedac2a2ba9fec6b3e8c16fc-refs/heads/master@{#514329}(32/64 bit)

OS: Win(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.2) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launche chrome and naviagte to above URL
2.Click on google app thumbnail and hover mouse on Play thumbnail and observe.


Actual Result: Underline is not seen proper for 'play' thumbnail 
Expected Result: Underline should seen proper for 'play' thumbnail 

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and will soon update the bisect info:

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build: 64.0.3260.0
Bad Build: 64.0.3261.0

Kindly refer the bisect info:

Good Build: 64.0.3260.0(Revision:514067)
Bad Build: 64.0.3261.0(Revision:514329)

You are probably looking for a change made after 514103 (known good), but no later than 514104 (first known bad).

Descender skipping in underlines is the new intended default behavior. It can be disabled by the page author by specifying: text-decoration-skip-ink: none.
