Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. In setting open manage search Engines 2. Try to look for option to change default search engine 3. Web address bar search engine has no options What is the expected behavior? Should be able to Change default search Engine What went wrong? No relevant options to change default web address bar search engine. Did this work before? Yes Do not remember in my last version it worked. Chrome version: 62.0.3202.75 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: please fix ti ASAP.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 62.0.3202.75 , latest stable 62.0.3202.89 and latest canary 64.0.3262.0 using windows 10 by following below steps: 1. Launch chrome>> Go to settings 2. Find Search engine used in the address bar 3. Click the drop down menu to change the default search engine Also Could you please re-try the scenario by creating a new profile Please follow below steps to create a New profile (i). Launch chrome>>go to Settings. (ii).Under the section headed People, Click on link Manage other people>>Add person Please find the attached screen-cast and let us know if we have missed any steps in the process of reproducing the issue

@viresh: Your search engine setting is controlled by a policy or extension or something, indicated by the icon next ot the dropdown list (see screenshot). AFAIU it is expected that you can't change it. Can you hover over the icon? It will show you some more information about what is controlling this setting.

Could you please confirm if this can be closed as this setting seems to be enforced from server. You can confirm this by going to chrome://policy/ and check whether any policy related to search engine is enforce.
