Issue descriptionChrome Version: 64.0.3260.2 (Official Build)05d1d20e2db6d594b98fe87d7aa500f22aba70a6- refs/branch-heads/3260@{#3}(64-bit) OS: Win(7,8,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1). Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch Chrome, go to chrome://settings/privacy and security and bring focus on ‘Learn More’ link. 2.Now click on toggle button for ‘Send a "Do Not Track" request with your browsing traffic’ and press tab key. 3.Observe. Actual Result: Focus does not travel to next toggle button. Expected Result: Focus should travel to next toggle button. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and below per-revision bisect result Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build: 64.0.3240.0(Revision:508893) Bad Build:64.0.3241.0(Revision:508934) You are probably looking for a change made after 508918 (known good), but no later than 508919 (first known bad).
