Regression: 'View site information' bubble is seen misplaced

Version : 64.0.3260.2 05d1d20e2db6d594b98fe87d7aa500f22aba70a6-refs/branch-heads/3260@{#3} 32/64 bits
OS: Mac(10.12.6)

Pre condition: Enable the Material Design in the rest of the browser's native UI flag from chrome://flags

What will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://version and click on 'View site information' icon 
2. Observe 'View site information' bubble

Actual: 'View site information' bubble is seen misplaced
Expected: 'View site information' bubble should be proper

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and will soon update other info.
Good build : 64.0.3247.0
Bad build : 64.0.3248.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS
