Regression: Chrome icon is missing when clicked on chrome chip in chrome:// pages

Chrome Version: 64.0.3260.2
OS: Linux, windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)launch chrome 
(2)navigate to chrome://version
(3)click on chrome chip

What is the expected result?
Chrome icon should be seen

What happens instead?
chrome icon is missing

Note: Issue is not seen in Mac.

Manual bisect info:

I'm really disappointed there isn't a nice Chrome logo anymore! Maybe this should be reconsidered?
