betty-release VMTestStages should continue with remaining vm tests on error |

Issue descriptionCurrently, if any of the VMTestStage stages fail, all subsequent vm tests are abandoned. The VMTests are not related, so we should attempt them all anyway and eventually raise a CompoundError containing all the errors encountered.
