Pinpoint is unable to repro what appears to be a significant power regression. For usual bisect tool I would just chalk up to noise, but pinpoint is new - so giving it extra scrutiny.
Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
IGNORE. Ref graph shows same uptick. I forgot how to sheriff :(
