DCHECK failing at arc_notification_manager.cc(30)

I can't run Chrome with DCHECKs on since I hit this DCHECK a few seconds after loggin in:

[2361:2361:1106/181653.398799:FATAL:arc_notification_manager.cc(30)] Check failed: notification.notifier_id().type == message_center::NotifierId::ARC_APPLICATION (3 vs. 1)

I'm on eve with ToT Chrome.
