sunnyps: Sorry for the late notice, the bisects didn't return properly but they both found your CL from November, r512615 "cc: Use CHROMIUM_texture_storage_image for GMB backed texture resources" regressed smoothness.tough_animation_cases on Mac 10.11. Can you take a look?
