Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. setup local site in IIS with self signed certificate 2. set host file 3. load this page in chrome you get NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error. Which is fine and can confirm there is no issue. However reload page in one minute and get the same error again and again. What is the expected behavior? Should be able to switch errors off for any site that points to 127.0.0.1. Or at least if confirm that there is no harm, no further question should be asked. Or even better return old switch to ignores these errors (fine just for local calls) What went wrong? This is really frustrating to keep reloading pages again and again Did this work before? Yes don't remember but used to be fine. Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Seems it is out of scope from TE end as it is related to SSL certificate, adding TE-NeedsTriage-Help label to move this out of our triaging bucket. Could some one from dev team please take a look into this issue. Thanks..!

Moving out of Certificate queue into interstitials, and removing Regression label because it's unclear that it is a regression (bug appears to be a feature request)

After you proceed through the error, you should not see the error again for a week. Is that not the behavior you're seeing? If so, could you please attach a net-internals log per the instructions at https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details There is also a flag you can enable at chrome://flags under #allow-insecure-localhost which will disable certificate error warnings on loopback.
