Issue descriptionChrome: 64.0.3255.0 dev (eve) CrOS: 10089.0.0 https://listnr.corp.google.com/report/81358061007 Description: After M64 Dev update (I'm on dev channel) mouse selections within the hangout popout are selecting the wrong entries (names, etc). If I choose "Martin Roth" it may pull up "Simon Glass", etc. I haven't determined the offset yet. So far this appears to be specific to the hangouts popout. As far as I can tell, this bug used to also manifest on Linux, and has stopped being an issue for about a month now. It should probably be closed.
