Note: This may not be a chrome change, the first 2 bisect runs will determine that.

Chrome range is 513097 - 513103.

Is that the "caroline / minnie had HWTest failure" problem mentioned in the handoff meeting? Dup of issue 780909?

Saw this in build 196's autoserv.DEBUG:
