There are over 3000 instances of this message in the chrome user log:

[1191:1191:1105/090906.275373:VERBOSE1:arc_net_host_impl.cc(63)] Required parameter MacAddress was not found.

often separated from each other just by a few microseconds.

Feedback is from M62 = branched August 31st

crosland isn't working for this CL but I believe b/64819457 was fixed in M63 (CL:651589 landed Sept 6th).

Suggest retesting on M63+ and marking as a duplicate.
