Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/appearance and select 'Font size' - Very Large
2. Navigate to chrome://settings/fonts and drag 'Minimum font size' as Huge
3. Navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon and observe the text

Actual: Overlapping of text is seen in Web store when 'Font size' and 'Minimum font size' is 'Very Large' and 'Huge'
Expected: Overlapping of text should not be seen

This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M-50'
