Traces of text is seen while refreshing the page using refresh touch button on Mac-Touchbar

Chrome Version: 62.0.3202.89 (Official Build)4bc124ea2934343d106df5b937e78ce311311658-refs/branch-heads/3202@{#775} (64-bit)

OS: Mac(10.13.1) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://welcome and give print command.
(2) Refresh the page using mac touch-bar and observe.

Actual: Traces of text is seen while refreshing the page using refresh button on mac-touchbar.
Expected: Traces of text should not be seen while refreshing the page using refresh button on mac-touchbar.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from ‘M-58’(58.0.3017.0)

Note: Issue is Mac-Touchbar specific.
