Regression: Color of checkboxes and links doesn't match in Startup dialog of linux

Chrome Version: 64.0.3260.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Freshly install chrome and observe startup dialog
(2)Checkboxes are filled with bright Orange color

Expected: Links and checkboxes should be in same color
Actual: Instead checkboxes are filled with orange color and 

This is a regression issue broken in M64.

Good Build:64.0.3256.0 
Bad Build:64.0.3257.0 

Issue is not applicable to Windows and Mac

You are probably looking for a change made after 513360 (known good), but no later than 513361 (first known bad).

This is intended. It's how checkboxes will look in m65.

I think this is WontFix unless we want special treatment for the first run dialog - see Issue 777660
