Issue descriptionChrome Version:64.0.3260.0 Revision eec83ceb16d47f70f5804a140687e268a6230b5c-refs/heads/master@{#514066}(64bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1),Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.1LTS) Pre-condition: 1. Enabled 'Enable Material Design extensions' flag from chrome://flags What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions/?id=ghbmnnjooekpmoecnnnilnnbdlolhkhi (2) Click on "i" icon near 'Allow in incognito' and then press Tab and observe (3) Press Shift+Tab and observe. Actual: Focus is not seen on radio button after pressing Tab key. Expected: Focus should seen on radio button after pressing Tab key. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-64', below is bisect info: Good Build:64.0.3257.0 Bad Build: 64.0.3259.0 You are probably looking for a change made after 513676 (known good), but no later than 513677 (first known bad).
