[DevTools] Overlapping is observed between text and checkbox of 'Application' section.

Chrome Version:64.0.3260.0 Revision eec83ceb16d47f70f5804a140687e268a6230b5c-refs/heads/master@{#514066}(64bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://version and open dev tools window on it.
(2) Navigate to 'Application' section and then 'Service Workers'
(3) Resize dev tools window to right side and observe checkbox.

Actual: Overlapping is observed between text and checkbox.

Expected: No such overlapping should seen.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M-64'(64.0.3256.0)

Note: On windows and Linux OS instead of checkbox small dot is seen hence issue is not seen on it.
