Regression:Chopped focus is seen for Device name text in Devtools page.

Chrome Version: 64.0.3257.0/10102.0.0 dev channel Peppy,Daisy,Gnawty
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,Open Devtools ->Click on Customize and control Devtools ->Settings 
(2)In Settings overlay,click on Devices >>click Add custom device and Observe the focus on Device name(Please refer screenshot)

Actual: Chopped focus is seen
Expected: Focus shouldn't get chopped

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-60

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
