What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In Accessibility settings >>Enable On-screen keyboard
(2)Press Ctrl+Alt+shift+R to get Power wash screen,now press tab and Observe (Please refer video)

Actual:Focus missing is seen on Keyboard symbol on tabbing
Expected: Focus should be seen on keyboard symbol while tabbing

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-56

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
