Odd margin above url bar in landscape mode

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Iphone x (dunno about others)
2. Go to e.g. xkcd.com
3. Flip to landscape

What is the expected behavior?
Either full screen experience or narrow url bar.

What went wrong?
There's of empty area above the url

Did this work before? N/A
