OS: Windows (7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome.
2. Navigate to chrome://extensions and add "Office Online" extension to chrome.
3. Observe the message box for extension.

Actual Result: Contents in extension message box appears chopped.
Expected Result: Contents in extension message box should not appear chopped.

This is Regression Issue broken in M-62 and and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build: 62.0.3187.0(Revision: 494645)
Bad Build: 62.0.3188.0(Revision: 495023)

You are probably looking for a change made after 494703 (known good), but no later than 494704 (first known bad).
