Close button is missing when the window is maximized

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/62.0.3202.75 Chrome/62.0.3202.75 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open chromium browser 2. maximize the browser window What is the expected behavior? A close button (x) is shown on either the top-left corner or the top-right corner. What went wrong? Close button not found. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.75 Channel: n/a OS Version: 4.4.0-98-generic Flash Version: There was a close button in older versions, but I can't remember which version. The button for restore window size is missing, too.

Unable to reproduce this issue on chromium 62.0.3202.75 using Ubuntu 14.04 with steps mentioned below. Attaching screenshot for reference. 1.Launched chromium. 2.Maximized window and hovered on top and observed toolbar with "x" and restore buttons. Attaching screenshot for review. @Reporter: Could you please let us know if we miss anything. And also could you please let us know on which flavour of linux you are seeing this issue. Thanks!
