Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.30 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a webpage with a link that opens on the same tab (i.e. target not specified) 2. Hold Ctrl key 3. Click on the link with a pen stylus What is the expected behavior? Link is opened in a new tab in the background. What went wrong? The link is opened in the current tab instead Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.30 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Mouse click or touch click works as expected.
