Antivirus Program

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.install programs 
2. detect issue 
3.cannot install

What is the expected behavior?
web block

What went wrong?
unavailable

Did this work before? Yes premium 7 win updates from microsoft and windows defender updates

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

Neither issue resolved

Unfortunately, there isn't any information here for us to go on. Are you having a problem with Chrome? If so, can you please be specific about what happens? Include screenshots if possible.

There's no information that will allow the Chrome team to act upon this report. If you can answer the questions in #1, please do so.
