Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.click on internet explorer icon 2.item process noted 3.cannot display icon What is the expected behavior? domain server unavailable What went wrong? page could't load properly Did this work before? No Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: would like to auto fix it

@Reporter: Could you please let us know whether this issue is seen on launching Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. If it is google chrome please let us know the version on which you are seeing this issue. You can check the version by going to chrome://version. Thanks!
