Issue 78155: WOFF rendering is wrong for complex scripts

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 9.0.597.84 (Developer Build 72991) Built on Debian 6.0, running on Debian wheezy/sid WebKit	534.13

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5: Not tested
  Firefox 4.x: OK
       IE 7/8/9:  Not tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit using Firefox4 and Chrome. 
2. Compare the rendering of both browsers

What is the expected result?
Browser should render the script without issues. 

What happens instead?
Rendering is completely broken, all glyphs are broken- GSUB tables are ignored. English is rendered perfectly, but Complex scripts are not rendered correctly. The script in the test page is Malayalam

Status: Duplicate
This would be fixed once OTS supports layout tables. Layout tables support is now in  ToT.

Canary build 12.0.730.0 seems to load and display the font correctly.
