[CRD iOS] Host status color is too light

The contrast ratio is 2.85:1. It should be at least 4.5:1.

[CRD iOS] Fix Contrast Ratio

Text should have minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1. This CL increases
contrast ratio of foregrounds that are too light.
