Kiosk mode for Android app loads partial screen view

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36
Platform: AOpen Chromebase Mini
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Provision the Robin Rooms App for display in Kiosk mode on a Chromebase Mini device.

2. Upgrade to the latest version of Chrome, 62.0.3202.74
3. Update to Beta Release Channel
4. Wait for app to load (can be ~ 5 min)
5. See app load in partial screen view (see screenshot)
What is the expected behavior?
App should load in full screen
What went wrong?
After several minutes of "Initializing application" loading screen, app loads in the top left corner instead of in full screen.
Tested with Google Calendar app, which seemed to load as expected in full screen.
Did this work before? Yes Chrome version 61.0.3163.120, running on Stable Release Channel.

Will add logs from 20171103, which shows the error, as soon as they're available.
We've had a handful of customers, ourselves included, able to successfully run the Robin Rooms kiosk app. In the past 1-2 weeks, we've had a growing handful of new customers testing out the app on the Chromebase displays report issues with loading and behavior. As far as we know, there haven't been any changes on our end -- let us know how we can help resolve this for our shared customer base.
