autotest external package PyMox broken

Project Member Reported by akes...@chromium.org, Nov 3 2017

Issue description

12:34:04 ERROR| Unable to download PyMox

Probably disappeared from the mirror we were using.

This breaks staging test.

The public mirror went down. The existing mox on the chromeos gentoo mirror has a different md5 sum (?).

Therefore, I'm uploading a previously existing copy of the package under the new name mox-0.5.3-autotest.tar.gz that has the same checksum as we used to have.
