Address bar in iPhone responds to drag and drop

Issue description

App Version: M63.0.3239.33 beta
iOS Version: 11.2 only
Device: iPhone7 plus, iPad Pro
URL: na

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Open any webpage
  3. Tap on omnibox
  4. Long tap on the selected address

Observed results: Observe that drag-drop is initiated

Expected results: Drag and drop shouldn't initiated on iPhone omnibox

Works fine in iOS11.1

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NO , Safari: NO
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M62 Yes
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M63 Yes

Mardini, do you think we should keep it as is? I think it's ok if drag-n-drop works on iPhones. 
Is this drag and drop behaviour on all phones or just the iPhone 7 Plus ?
This is all iPhones but 11.2 only.
11.1.2 public iOS works fine.
Thanks, Srikanth. I am not sure this is worth "fixing" honestly. I don't think there is a valid usecase on phones but I don't think we should go out of our way to disable the behaviour on phones.

Tried on iOS 11.2.

It doesn't seem like a useful feature given that I cannot launch another app while the URL is being dragged. However, it doesn't seem to have much downside either. Making this a WontFix.
