Project Member Reported by teravest@chromium.org, Nov 3 2017

Issue description

https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos/builders/lakitu-incremental

This has been failing consistently since 19179.
It's failing the test "platform_Journald" in GCETest:
11/03 01:27:22.602 DEBUG| utils:0212| Running 'journalctl -p err -q -b 0'

11/03 01:27:22.610 ERROR| platform_Journald:0039| Unexpected error in journal: Nov 03 01:15:14 test-2017-11-02-17-49-06 systemd[1]: Failed to start Initialize Crash Reporter.
11/03 01:27:22.612 ERROR| platform_Journald:0039| Unexpected error in journal: Nov 03 01:15:14 test-2017-11-02-17-49-06 crash_reporter[697]: libminijail[697]: mount_one failed: No such file or directory
11/03 01:27:22.615 ERROR| platform_Journald:0039| Unexpected error in journal: Nov 03 01:15:14 test-2017-11-02-17-49-06 systemd[1]: Failed to start Run per-boot crash collection tasks.
11/03 01:27:22.617 DEBUG| test:0389| Test failed due to Errors in journal. Exception log follows the after_iteration_hooks.

I'm having a hard time figuring out what changes went in new in 19179, though.

This affects lakitu-release as well. Here's the diff from there:
http://go/crosland/log/10092.0.0..10093.0.0

This change looks suspicious:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/platform2/+/750921

Is the issue here that /dev/pstore doesn't exist in lakitu so it can't be mounted?

CL to fix is in-progress:
