Webview name setting does not reflect to window.name

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 10025.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3236.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10025.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel peach_pi Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a chrome app with webview and set name as "webview1", like attachment 2. Launch the app and open developer inspector 3. window.name is empty string "" Attachment: <html> <head> </head> <body style="margin:0px; padding:0px;"> <webview name="webview1" src="https://www.google.com"></webview> </body> </html> What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The window.name should be the same as webview's name, but now it is an empty string Did this work before? Yes 62 Chrome version: 63.0.3236.0 Channel: beta OS Version: 10025.0.0 Flash Version: 27.0.0.159

I'm unable to reproduce this with 63.0.3239.85 and your sample app. Can you provide the sample app here and *exact* steps to reproduce (a video would help).

Jayh, This issue is happening on 63.0.3239.26 (Official Build) beta (32-bit) We retest with 63.0.3239.85 and also unable to reproduce. I attached the demo app[demo.zip], and details[report and logs.zip] for future analysis.
