Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.30 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Go to a website with a form which ask you to select some files on your hard drive. Upload the form with debugging tool and developers tools open. Use the copy as curl feature on submitted form. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The copied command lines contains the form with only the file names, not files content. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 63.0.3239.30 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: At least (if supporting encoded files content on the command line isn’t possible) it should support the feature of curl which allows uploading data from files.

What??? This is a new feature request, but a bug which prevent the specified feature from working at all, requiring creating a complete bash script that would be able to login in using my credentials in order to get the html form and upload files in less than 1 minute (after which the csrf token is no longer valid so the time is too short to build a command line)
