Add cros_config_host support for symlinks |

Issue descriptionThere are various files that are installed to the rootfs that are duplicates. The immediate case is LPE support topology where many of the firmware files are duplicates. This bug will track adding support for symlinking instead of duplicating these files.

You could define these two as submodels which can then each have their own audio. But it would be nice to have this feature.
