The regression seems too small to deserve attention.  Closing the bug now, feel free to reopen if applicable.

The increase is 245/680/907 KB for Win/Mac/Linux, respectively. It is indeed small for Windows, but we have one of these every few Clang rolls. It starts to add up after a while.
