Unable to reach extension install prompt permission messages with NVDA

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to inline-install an extension (e.g., from momentumdash.com)
2. Try to use NVDA to navigate to the permission messages inside the dialog

What is the expected result?
Should be able to reach the permission messages

What happens instead of that?
Can't - goes from "graphic"s (the ratings) to "separator" to "open in webstore link".

Note: this works on M61 stable, but not on M64 canary.

I can get it to read the permission by pressing NVDA's "Move to containing object".

It's not broken, but looks like a good opportunity to polish it. Should it read the whole text of the dialog when it opens, like an alert dialog? Or because it's so long, should the permissions be an interactive list box?

I think that as long as the content itself is technically accessible, the accessibility team should own the next step here.
