Prerequisite: Navigate to chrome://settings/autofill and in Address section add, City as Hyderabad, State as Telangana and a Pin code and Country.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to any site where user can see suggestions for the City entered. Eg.: Navigate to the site 'http://www.tsrtconline.in/oprs-web/guest/home/miniBus.do?h=1'.
(2) In the 'From' or 'To' fields, start entering the text 'Hyde...'.

What is the expected result?
Suggestions displayed by the site should be displayed.

What happens instead?
Autofill menu hides the suggestions displayed by the site.

You are probably looking for a change made after 502614 (known good), but no later than 502615 (first known bad).
