Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Try to search, open settings, open anything from application menu
3. Application Crashes

What is the expected behavior?
Be able to browse as per any other day.

What went wrong?
User was browsing with chrome.

When attempting to do anything with Chrome, it instantly closes.

Sometimes you get "Application Stopped Responding" and other times the application will just close immediately.
