Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Edge/16.16299 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Move chrome completely from HDPI primary display to regular display. I used fullscreen. 2. Install Google bookmark manager or any other extension which delivers an popup selection on click https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bookmark-manager/gmlllbghnfkpflemihljekbapjopfjik ( click star after added ) 3. Mouse pointer location is read with an offset. You need to guess actual position. What is the expected behavior? Mouse cursor position would reflect actual position read by the extension UI so you don't have try to guess how much higher your mouse should be to hit an UI element. What went wrong? See gif animation, mouse cursor position and actual UI location do not match. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 58.0.3029.110, latest stable 62.0.3202.89 and latest Canary 64.0.3260.0 using windows 10. As you are using older version of chrome, could you install latest version and re-try the scenario and provide your observation. Attaching screen-cast for your reference. This is what I upgraded to problem still persists: Version 62.0.3202.89 (Official Build) (64-bit) For divya did you have 2 displays connected, primary display at HDPI and another regular display and browser in the regular display? For me everything works fine on the HDPI display but regular display messes with the mouse cursor.
