Pre-condition-
1.Enable "Material Design in the rest of the browser's native UI". 
2.start the process by Minimizing the Window and after clicking on pop-up button maximize the window

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://flags and enable "Material Design in the rest of the browser's native UI"
2.Visit the above URL  click on any button example 'Notification','Location'  seen on the page and click on 'Block' in permission bubble.
3.Click on 'pop-up' button maximize the window and click on view site info of 'pop-up' and observe.


Actual Result: Blocked notification seems chopped in view site info bubble of pop-up window in permission.site

Expected Result: Blocked notification should not get chopped in view site info bubble of pop-up window in permission.site


This is regression issue broken in ‘M-64’ and below per-revision bisect result

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build: 64.0.3247.0(Revision:510692).
Bad Build: 64.0.3248.0(Revision:510988).

Note:This issue is MAC specific.


You are probably looking for a change made after 510778 (known good), but no later than 510779 (first known bad).
