Issue descriptionChrome Version : 62.0.3202.75 OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) URLs (if applicable) : https://consulting.1c.ru/partners/1s-ksu-15059/ (links in block C: Кейсы — li.wrapper_slider_cases) Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 5: – Firefox 4.x: OK (ver. 56.0.2 (64-бит)) IE 7/8/9: OK (ver. 11.0.9600.18816) Chrome for Android ver. 59: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Hover over the link. 2. The message with link-address appears in the lower left corner. 3. Left mouse button click. What is the expected result? Go to page. What happens instead of that? Nothing. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. If I click right mouse button, I can open a page by using context menu. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.75 Safari/537.36

Tested the issue on windows 7 & 10 , Mac OS 10.12.6 using chrome M62 #62.0.3202.75 & #62.0.3202.89 and issue is not reproduced. Attached screencast for reference. @ymarchen-- Could you please check attached screencast and confirm us if we had missed any steps in reproducing the issue and also please try in latest chrome stable and update us with your observations. Thanks!
